We actually played a wedding out in Prague with out big band and we had the most amazing time. The couple had the two of us play their ceremony, and drinks reception. Not only did we get a fantastic holiday, but we also got to play a big part of a lovely couples full day!

Communication with your suppliers is key! Great communication leads to slick planning, which means the perfect day for you both to enjoy!

We love seeing pictures of the couple throughout their relationship. Seeing how they've developed over time and the story of their relationship is such a romantic way to share the love with family and friends!

After approaching us, the couple would attend a planning call with Mel, who will get to know the couple, their style and their requirements. When the booking has been made, the couple will send us over any key songs they require for the big day, and any other information we need for a smooth performance. Leading up to the event Mel would contact the venue/planner to get operational details in order. On the day of your wedding, Mel & Pete will arrive and play the perfect set, and are always delighted to be a part of your big day.

We believe that the first dance should always be a special song, that means a lot to the couple. We love to hear the story behind your first dance and why you've chosen this special song.

Anything by Abba gets everyone from babies to grandmas grooving!

We take a lot of influence from Fleetwood mac in our acoustic sets, they're a total classic and loved by so many. We especially love to harmonise like they do!

We are part of an Edinburgh based funk band, so anything with a bit of groove is perfect for us!
