The Burdock Ceilidh Band

We are a semi-acoustic Celtic band playing folk music supporting social dances from across the planet. Ceilidh is our speciality, which means we aim to get everybody involved, up and dancing, if possible. It works perfectly for weddings, and ensures mingling of guests like no other entertainment does. There's nothing too challenging in the dancing - we're more interested in seeing people having fun together. Our expert caller will walk through each dance to ensure that guests have some inkling of what to do, but we don't expect people to get it perfect - it's the taking part that matters!
