What happens if something unexpected happens?
I take reliability very seriously. I arrive early for setup, bring backup equipment, and stay in communication leading up to your event. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I have a network of professional DJs who can step in to ensure your event is still covered.
Will you help with the timeline and flow of the event?
Absolutely. I work closely with you and your planner if you have one) to coordinate key moments like entrances, speeches, and special dances. My goal is to keep the event running smoothly so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.
How do we secure our date?
To officially reserve your event date, a signed agreement and a deposit are required. This ensures your date is locked in and that I begin preparing the music, timeline, and event details specifically for you.
What equipment do you bring to the event?
I bring professional sound equipment, microphones for announcements or speeches, and lighting (if included in your package). I also carry backup equipment to ensure your event runs smoothly without interruptions.
Do you take song requests from guests?
Yes! Guest requests are welcome and will be played whenever they fit the flow of the night. I'll always prioritise your "must-play" list first, and steer clear of anything on your "do-not-play" list, so the music stays true to your vision throughout.
What makes your DJ service different from others?
I focus on creating a personalized experience rather than just playing music. Before your event, we discuss your music preferences, special moments, and the overall vibe you want. This allows me to curate the perfect playlist and keep the energy flowing throughout your event.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, if required! I bring my own professional DJ equipment, including sound-system compatible gear, so there's nothing extra you or your venue need to provide. I'm also fully insured and PAT-tested, so all the technical and safety details are already taken care of.
How far in advance should we book you?
As soon as you have your date and venue confirmed! Wedding dates get booked up quickly, especially during peak season, so securing your date early guarantees availability and gives us plenty of time to plan the music together.
Do you offer both DJ and MC services, or just DJing?
Both! I combine DJ and MC duties in one, so you get seamless music alongside confident, warm hosting throughout the day, entrances, speeches, toasts, and key moments, without needing to coordinate a separate host.
Can you play music that reflects both sides of our family or culture?
Absolutely, this is one of my favourite parts of weddings. I specialise in weaving different musical traditions and cultures together into one continuous celebration, so every guest feels represented rather than sitting through separate playlists.
