Yes! I provide my stunning white baby grand piano shell plus a full professional PA sound system — everything is self-contained. Your venue doesn’t need to supply anything, and it looks absolutely beautiful in photos 🤍

How long does setup take before the wedding starts?

I allow 45–60 minutes to get everything ready, tuned and sound-checked well before guests arrive. If access is tricky or the space is large, I’ll add extra time so we’re never rushed ✅

My piano measures approx 1.5m wide × 1m deep, plus a small area to one side for my speaker and stand. I can adapt to compact spaces too — just send me a photo or floor plan and I’ll confirm it works perfectly!

It really helps if you can confirm placement early — I’ll also double-check with your venue coordinator a few weeks beforehand so everything is exactly where it should be on the day 📍

Yes, I can perform outdoors, but only if:

The space is fully covered and sheltered from rain, wind and direct sun

The ground is flat, stable and dry

There’s easy access to a power supply

Yes, I have public liability insurance with cover up to £5 million.

All of my equipment is fully PAT tested.

Certificates can be provided in advance to your venue if required.

I am more than happy to learn any particular song for your event. There may be an additional charge dependent on the song or number of songs you require for your event.

 I can only invite you to listen to my video/audio clips and client testimonials to make your decision. My rates are very reasonable and my music equipment is of the highest standard

Great question! If you’d like music in different parts of your venue through the day, moving the piano can absolutely be done — as long as the areas aren’t too far apart. Shifting it over and reconnecting everything takes roughly 15 minutes.

If the move is trickier — like between different buildings, upstairs/downstairs, over longer distances, or through tight spaces — I recommend bringing my second smaller electric piano as well. That way both setups are ready from the start.

I’ll just turn up a little earlier to get them both in place, and switching between areas becomes totally smooth with zero disruption to your day 🎹

I usually request for all song choices to be provided to me around 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. This allows me plenty of time to set up and prepare your song choices on my tablets.
