Intergalactic Party Co Pricing & Costs
£300 - £3,000
All of our bands offer the following as standard:
-2 x 60-minute or 3 x 40-minute live music sets
-A FREE DJ playlist to play before, in between, and after our live sets
-Full PA system and lighting rig
-A complimentary first dance song learning service
We aim to keep travel costs as low as possible, but for venues located more than 90 minutes from our Southampton base, a small fuel fee will apply.
Optional add-ons: If any of these options pique your interest, let us know and we’d be happy to provide a detailed pricing breakdown:
-Ceremony music (3 song requests: walking down the aisle, signing the register, and a song for guests to leave)
-1 x 60-minute set during your drinks reception, featuring a laid-back acoustic, live lounge style performance as your guests enjoy canapés
-Additional song requests not featured on our standard setlist
-Extra musicians (additional singers, percussionists, horn players, etc.)
-Speaker and microphone setup for speeches

Our number one wedding planning tip: prioritise what matters most to you as a couple. Whether it’s live music, great food, or a packed dance floor, focus your energy (and budget) on the elements that will make your day feel uniquely yours. Everything else will fall into place.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
One of our favourite personal touches is when couples choose a meaningful song for their first dance and have it performed live. All of our bands include this as part of their package, and it’s always a special moment — whether it’s a classic love song or something completely unexpected, seeing that connection between the couple and the music is unforgettable.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Our process is all about keeping things personal, easy, and stress-free. From the moment you enquire, we stay in touch via email, text, or phone — whatever works best for you. You’re always welcome to reach out with any questions at any time. About a month before your big day, we’ll schedule a call to go through all the final details. Once that’s done, everything is set and ready to go. We believe communication is key, and we’re always available and flexible to make the planning process as smooth as possible.
What makes a romantic first dance?
A romantic first dance comes down to one thing: connection. It’s not about perfect choreography or a flashy routine — it’s about choosing a song that means something to you as a couple and sharing a genuine moment together. Whether it’s slow and intimate or upbeat and joyful, what makes it romantic is the feeling behind it and the way it reflects your story. A live performance adds an extra layer of emotion, making the moment feel even more personal and unforgettable.
What is your number one floor-filler?
Our number one floor-filler really depends on the band — and that’s the beauty of what we offer! Whether it’s an indie rock anthem, a 2000s throwback, a funky groove, or a soul classic, each band brings their own signature sound and crowd-pleasing favourites. We match the music to the couple’s vibe and the energy of the room to make sure the dance floor stays packed all night long.
Which band from the past would you most like to have been part of?
That’s a tough one — but if we had to choose, it would probably be Queen. Their energy, musicianship, and ability to command a crowd were unmatched. Every performance was iconic, and being part of that kind of musical legacy would have been unforgettable. Plus, who wouldn’t want to be on stage with Freddie Mercury leading the charge?
What is the soundtrack to your life?
The soundtrack to our life would be a mix of feel-good anthems, timeless classics, and songs that get people dancing — basically, the ultimate wedding playlist! Think Stevie Wonder, Fleetwood Mac, Beyoncé, Arctic Monkeys, and a bit of ABBA for good measure. It’s all about energy, emotion, and moments that bring people together.
