Kept my money and ignoring my contact would give zero stars if I could.

After having a wedding cancelled due to Covid we rebooked and treat ourselves by booking Ellie. Big mistake. Our next wedding also cancelled due to Covid restrictions. We now have a new date this year but Ellie is not available. We have requested a refund for the £650 we paid. Ellie finally responded Feb and asked for details and said she would look into it. A month on and only automated emails from her and now my messages won't send. She has also completely ignored my partners messages. We were patient and polite and now have no choice but to go through the small claims court. Disgusting behaviour for a professional after everything we have been through.

Ellie was so much fun!

Ellie and her husband Harry were absolutely wonderful at our wedding! We booked them to play at the end of the evening and we are so pleased we did. In the wedding planning process they were very approachable and considered what our favourite song requests were. It created the best party atmosphere and all our guests have commented that they have never experienced such a fun wedding party! We just want another excuse to host a party and have Ellie perform again!

Well what can I say...

Well what can I say. Ellie Sax was unreal, she blew me away with her beautiful chilled out session during our welcome cocktail. Ellie really set the scene ready for the big party. From 21.00hrs till 02.00hrs Ellie entertained the whole crowd by playing something for everyone, completely smashed it to the point where my father who's 65 did not leave the dance floor all night! If I could add a photo I would. I'm actually thinking of excuses to throw a party just so I can book Ellie again!:)

Ellie was simply awesome for our wedding...

Ellie was simply awesome for our wedding, from early conversations to the actual evening. She was on time for the cocktail reception, played all the tunes we had requested & made some fantastic mixes. She is a truly gifted musician. As soon as she started playing, it was party mode on the dance floor. She was generous with her allocated time & seemed to be truly enjoying herself whilst performing. Her playing for us will be unforgettable for both us & our guests. We can't wait to book her again!

Ellie was simply amazing...

Ellie was simply amazing. Not only did she play a beautiful acoustic set post ceremony whilst we had our canapés and drinks, but she played us through the evening with a fabulous lively set that had everyone dancing. It felt like having two entirely different booking for the more relaxed day and then celebrations in the evening and all the guests were very complimentary. Ellie was professional, friendly and her act felt unique. l'd recommend her to anyone looking for wedding entertainment.

Absolutely loved the range of songs...

Absolutely loved the range of songs. Created a lovely atmosphere in the day with up beat songs. One the night she light up the dance floor with great energy. Got involved with all guests really brought the night to life. Every single person was up on the dance floor from the first song to the last song.

Elliesax left amazing memories for our wedding from the initial booking to the end she was brilliant, Ellie looked absolutely beautiful she was very friendly and all of our guest spoke highly of her. Ellie interacted with guests and it felt like she was a part of the wedding. I would defiantly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality musician, I wish I would have booked her for the whole day. Ellie was prompt at replying to emails and she was happy to play the songs we required.

Ellie was excellent...

Ellie was excellent. Everyone who came to our wedding loved the choice of music chosen and commented on how good she was. She was booked as a surprise and hid away when I arrived to maintain this. On top of all of this, she was just a really nice person, friendly and spoke with whoever approached her. I would definitely recommend her to other people, she was excellent and the perfect musician for our wedding.

Ellie absolutely made our wedding day...

Ellie absolutely made our wedding day, she made it the day we dreamed of! She sang for us in the church and then played Sax throughout the day mixing the music up to suit all guests. The dancefloor in the evening was never empty and everyone loved her, many asking us for her details to get in touch for their own events. Whenever we watch the wedding film back or just hear a song that reminds us of the day it is Ellie singing or playing that we think about, she was fantastic!

Everyone commented on how good it was...

Everyone commented on how good it was and even the children loved it... we had inflatables intruments so they really enjoyed pretending to play. My daughter was particularly fascinated as Ellie let het have a go of pressing the notes. My only regret was that we didnt book her sooner as i woukd have loved her to stay all day, but at least we had her for our drinks reception. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Ellie, the whole thing was perfect
