My Wife and I had DJkarlton for our wedding and I can’t speak more highly. He kept our guests on the dance floor and kept all the songs we wanted for our wedding day! We also had the Photo Booth which also turned out to be a big hit!

The dance floor was never empty!

Karlton was absolutely fantastic from the first enquiry email through to the day itself! Communication and response time was brilliant and I never had concerns or issues with the service. On the night, Karlton was punctual and had everything organised. The dance floor was never empty, which was my biggest request from the evening! We also utilised the photo booth from Karlton, which was great, supplied with props, which our guests didn’t leave alone for the whole night! Cannot recommend Karlton

Kept the party going all night!

Karlton was absolutely incredible and played such a huge part in making our wedding night so special. From the moment he arrived early and came to introduce himself to me and my partner, we knew we were in safe hands. We had put together a playlist but told him not to feel restricted by it and to go with the vibe of the night and he absolutely nailed it. Every song flowed perfectly, and he read the room so well. He created such a fun, energetic atmosphere and kept the party going all night!

Karlton DJ'd our wedding at The West Mill a few weeks ago and I couldn't have asked for more. DJ Karlton was absolutely fantastic at our wedding at Hawkstone Hall. He mixed all the classics with our own requests and kept our friends and family going late into the night. We really appreciated his attentive service both in the lead up to - and during - the night itself. The best end to the best day!!

The best end to the best day!! Karlton was so helpful from start to finish. We were really lucky that he was available for our wedding date. On our initial virtual call he talked us through everything and asked us a few questions which really helped with planning. The dance floor was busy all night and everyone had the best time. It was packed all night!

Amazing DJ🤩 Karlton was amazing at our wedding this weekend. He had a great mix of tunes for everyone and included personal songs to us. He had the songs in a perfect order and kept everyone on the dance floor. It was packed all night! Karlton even took some of his own photos on a camera and shared a link for everyone - going above and beyond our expectations of a dj. He was punctual, professional and everyone loved the night! We couldn’t have asked for a better night or a better dj.

Having a small dance floor creates a better atmosphere, people feel more comfortable and the party feels so much more lively. If you have 150 guests and allow for one third to be on the dance floor as an example. This equates to 7 people by 7 people is 49 so visualise a square 7 by 7. You do not need as much space as you think.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

After receiving a first contact I call up the couple for a chat, send follow up information by email and arrange another chat either via video call or voice call. Bookings are contracted and firmed up when the deposit is received.

What makes a romantic first dance?

It doesn't matter whether it's fast or slow it just needs to light up the couple emotionally.
