Terrible experience! All 4 suits were measured incorrectly and we weren’t able to pick them up until 2 days before (the shop wouldn’t let us collect them earlier)
I had to get my bridesmaid to let all the hems down as my partner looked like he was wearing shorts! When we complained I was asked to lie and not tell the owner so the she didn’t get into trouble!
She was rude, obnoxious and didn’t care that they mucked up our order, not once but twice! She was incredibly aggressive and nasty. A very different personality to when she happily took our money. So disappointed that the lack of customer service really failed on what was a really important day in our lives. When my partner walked in she was on the phone apologizing for another order that had gone wrong which says it all really!
Spend a little bit more and use a more reputable company. We got sold the dream at a wedding fair and it turned into an utter nightmare. We appreciate mistakes happen but there was no apology, no compassion and lots of lying! They are bullies and clearly don’t communicate with their suppliers, and everything is your fault not theirs even though they did the measuring!!!
