Moss Bros, Royal Tunbridge Wells

We had a bit of a stressful experience with our branch for the groomsmen suits. We booked a fitting and we ran out of time and I had to go back to finish the booking. The man was very stressed and apparently the groom should go separately from the rest of the party but we had not been told that. On pickup it felt really disorganised and I was worried that things were going to be wrong. It turned out ok but it was not a great experience sadly.
