Paton Events is a family run company based in Herefordshire specilaising in stretch tents, mobile bars, event management and luxury toilets. We also offer specialised services including wedding cakes and childcare services.
To put it simply, if you're planning a wedding, party or corporate event, we have you covered - literally!
From ceremony, to dining and onto the party; our stretch tents provide the ultimate space. Combining elegance, flexibility and that very needed weather protection, we work with you to bring your vision to life. From small intimate garden parties, weddings or festivals; our tents create an unforgettable backdrop to your day.
Services Offered
Stretch Tent Hire
Two tents, fully customisable for your needs, adorned with festoon lighting.
The BIG tent - perfect for larger ceremonies and dining up to 120 guests.
The COSY tent - for those more intimate gatherings, ceremonies of up to 70 guests and dining for 60.
We handle the big work! All of our packages include 3 day hire, installation and take down.
FREE delivery available within 15 miles.
Matting, walkways and dance floors availble to fully customise your space.
Mobile Bars
The Horsebox - Our converted Ifor Williams horsebox provies a contemporary mobile bar, complete with a rustic twist. Add the wow factor to your event.
Indoor bars - perfect for smaller intimate parties and larger events.
We handle the details and you make the memories!
Packages include staffing and refrigeration, you can tailor the bar to your needs.
Luxury Toilets
Our toilet unit can cater for up to 150 people.
Fully stocked with consumables. All we need is an electrical hook up!

Wedding Childcare
We provide bespoke packages to look after the little VIPs of your wedding. Every member of staff is qualified, DBS checked and has first aid qualification. Packages range from one to one to a fully mobile creche.
Wedding Cakes

Can we personalise our stretch tent and package?
Absolutely! We have two different sizes of tent to offer and we work with you to ensure you have everything you need to make the day go as planned.
Additional walkways, toilets, matting, dance floors and lighting - we can help with all of this. Bar services, staffing and much more.
When we work with you we really mean WITH you, we are there to ensure whatever we can do to help we will so when we have our initial consultation we always look to discuss what you want your day to look like, then we can bring your vision to life.

What if it rains?
The one thing we can't control but we are there to help with. Come rain or shine our aim os to have you covered. We will work to ensure we turn your day around as and when needed so our tent can be multi functional - ceremony space, finding space, dance floor and bar. Hire both together for the ultimate cover. And ... with the hot summers we've been having, our tents are the perfect open space and shade cover option!

Initial consultation over email followed by a phone call to discuss any other requirements. Detailed quotes, tailored options added. Secured booking. Planning discussion and site visit. Final details and PARTY.
What do you need from us?
We do all the hard work and heavy lifting. We need your site info and will do a site visit to ensure we can work in the space and then we need your vision. The rest we have it handled. All packages include site visit, delivery (within 15 miles) is included, 3 days hire, set up and take down.
Can you help me with setting up the venue?
Absolutely, if you need extra services, setting the tables, sorting the glassware, running the day we are there to help.
Can your bar services come independent of the tents?
Of course, we can come to you whatever the space or need. If you just want the tent, we're there, if you just want the indoor bar thats fine. Of course, they go great together!
