Wedding guest accommodation in furnished bell tents
Let your guests stay on site after the celebrations, in their own cosy bell tent just a short stroll from the party. No taxis, no early finishes, no hunting for hotel rooms.
What's included in every tent
- Delivery, pitching, furnishing and collection
- Folding beds with mattresses, made up with proper bedding (doubles or singles)
- Rugs, cushions, throws and soft furnishings
- Fairy lights
Tent options
- Couples tent: 4m bell tent with one double or two single beds, for 2 guests
- Group tent: 5m bell tent with two doubles or four singles, for up to 4 guests
- Large group tent: 6m bell tent for up to 6 guests (limited availability)
How it works
- We agree the dates, tent options and prices with you.
- We create a private booking page for your wedding, with your names, date and venue.
- You share the link with your invitations. Guests choose a tent and pay us directly, so there's no cost to you and no chasing anyone.
- Bookings close eight weeks before the wedding, so we can confirm the final numbers.
- We pitch and furnish everything before your guests arrive and collect it all afterwards.
Prices
Guide prices start from £150 per tent for one night, including delivery, set-up, beds and bedding. Every wedding is quoted for its venue, dates and number of tents. A refundable damage deposit is added per tent.

Who pays for the tents?
Your guests do. They book and pay us directly through your private booking page, so there's no cost to you.
What if we don't know how many guests will want a tent?My
That's normal. Most couples don't know until RSVPs come in. Guests book as they decide, and bookings close eight weeks before the wedding so we can confirm final numbers
Are there proper beds?
Yes. Every tent has folding beds with mattresses, made up with proper bedding. Guests can choose double or single beds when they book.
What does the venue need to provide?
A reasonably flat grassy area for the tents, vehicle access for set-up and collection, and toilets nearby for guests.
When do you set up and take down?
We usually pitch the day before guests arrive and collect after check-out, so nothing happens during your celebrations. We'll agree the exact timings with you and your venue.
What happens if it rains?
Our bell tents are heavy-duty canvas built for Scottish weather, and they stay dry and cosy inside.
