We specialise in sailcloth marquees: elegant, light-filled tents from the world's best suppliers, perfect for a countryside celebration. Our 14m sailcloth tents suit 50 to 250 guests.

Every marquee price includes delivery, build and take-down. Our team builds everything on site before your guests arrive, and we leave your site exactly as we found it.

We're based near Ripon in North Yorkshire, covering Harrogate, York, the Dales and the rest of Yorkshire, the wider North of England, and further afield across the UK for the right celebration. Wherever your celebration is, we bring the marquee to you.

Every marquee starts with a conversation about your day, your guests and your venue. We then visit your site and draw up a bespoke layout around your guest numbers, the extras you'd like and the space you have. You'll approve the plan before your booking is confirmed.

We provide marquees for weddings, celebrations and private parties, whether that's in a garden, a field, on a farm or at a venue.

Saxbys was founded by Oli Saxby, who has spent six years in the marquee industry, running around 30 builds a year and delivering some of the UK's biggest marquee weddings for up to 500 guests. That experience goes into every layout we draw and every marquee we build.

Yes. Alongside the marquee we can arrange a dance floor, bar, flooring, tables and chairs, toilets and generators, all planned into your layout. Ask us for our brochure for the full list.

Once you've approved your plan, a 20% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due 14 days before your event.
