Supplying wedding marquees to suit individual tastes, we work closely with clients to ensure they get what they wish for and helping to ensure their big day goes smoothly. Among the many extras on offer are stage, decor and lighting hire, furniture, marquee fixtures and fittings, dance floors, fairy lights, festoon, special effects, and mirror ball. Additions to your wedding marquee include: clear roof and wall panels, Cone roof and hexagonal end to create a stunning effect. 24 Carrot Events offer a professional, reliable and friendly service to help take the stress out of your big day.

We ensure we work closely with the couple and their other wedding suppliers to ensure everything goes smoothly and is as stress free as possible

Describe your typical process with a couple.
We will start by emailing a quotation after the initial request from our bride and groom. This will include a full breakdown of items and be accompanied by a price list of marquee extras. We may arrange a site visit to meet the couple and view marquee location. We can supply a detailed CAD drawing of marquee layout. We then require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. We will often be in contact by email and phone up until the event. Final invoice with any changes will be emailed 2 weeks before event. We then will install the week prior, leaving at least a full day before event for personal touches to be added. Often we will arrange with bride and groom to finish earlier if they require more time. We will liaise with caterers, and other suppliers to ensure everything comes together smoothly.

How do you create an ambiance in a marquee?
Adjustable colour wash lighting with fairy lights is fantastic. We supply bride and groom with a simple controller to change to their mood, colour scheme and to also set to sound active during band or DJ performances
