Venue Styling
The process begins with an initial consultation and venue visit where we discuss your theme, decoration and styling requirements. Either with Vintage Silks props and/or others that you have purchased (we can also source props and decorations if required) I attend your venue/venues with myself or team depending on requirements either on the day or day before and style your venue for your wedding and reception. The above costs from £60.00
On the Day Wedding Coordination
The process begins with an initial consultation and venue visit where we discuss your wedding in full detail and I will help with timings if required. I take a full list of supplier’s details so I can contact them to introduce myself and confirm arrangements. On the day I arrive early to check suppliers have arrived and the venue is ready and set for the wedding. I will then spend the remainder of time floating to makes sure everything happens on time, people are where they are supposed to be, hic-ups are pre-empted, and get stuck in with whatever is required to make your day run smoothly – from replenishing drinks, serving food, moving furniture, helping bands set up or dealing with toilet disasters – I do, and have done it all. Once the evening is in full swing I will normal slip away but I’m able to stay till the last guest’s leaves and help tidy if required.
