Each and every wedding that goes out. If I'm not proud of it I wouldn't let it go out for delivery.

Be realistic with your budget and remember that the day is about showing love, not showing off.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Framed photos of family that have passed away mingled with flower and candles decorations on a mantlepiece
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Get together at the couples home with lots of pictures to discuss their ideas, make suggestions and together come up with a flower palette and designs to suit them, their budget and venue. Follow up with a written detailed quotation for consideration, no pressure, no hard sell.
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
Golf tee!
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
Everyone has their own favourites or family favourites, maybe something that reminds you of your childhood or a beloved family member
What is the most romantic flower and why?
It has to be the rose in all it's glorious sizes, shapes and colours. The scented ones are just so romantic.
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
Give table flowers away to family and friends. Maybe consider preserving the bridal bouquet or just keeping and drying a single bloom.
