What is your most memorable wedding?
Aberdour Castle, Fife Scotland - yes a little far from Yorkshire but the venue was spectacular, I couldn't say no!

What about your business are you most proud of?
Bringing it to life!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Enjoy it and have fun!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
From the very first consultation when we sit down together, it's about me finding out more about my couple. We'll chat about their vision for their day, the venue the 'dress' and the flowers. I'll aim to pull a proposal and quote together within two weeks of meeting. It's very much a partnership, we're on a floral journey together.
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
The Peony is one of my favourites and is very popular in bridal flowers - albeit a very short season. The Peony symbolises romance, prosperity, good fortune, a happy marriage, riches, honour and compassion.
What is the most romantic flower and why?
It has to be the rose. Each colour offers a distinct meaning: red, the lover's rose, signifies enduring passion; white, humility and innocence; yellow, expressing friendship and joy; pink, gratitude, appreciation and admiration; orange, enthusiasm and desire; white lilac and purple roses represent enchantment and love at first sight.
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
Many people have them dried and pressed.
