What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
Paper roses made from pages of a book that a brides grandma used to read to her as a child.
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
Flowers mean different things to different people and I would encourage my couples to use flowers that are important to them irrespective of their symbolism.
What is the most romantic flower and why?
Dahlia is my favourite flower. They come in all shapes and sizes with so many different colours and textures. I think they represent the wide variety of people that I have worked with in the past and hope to work with in the future.
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
Keep them, treasure them, have them as a forever memory of the most special occasion!
