What is your most memorable wedding?
Barbara & Tim. A lovely couple who have been together for many happy years & decided to make it official! they chose lots of flowers that had a special meaning to them both . Barbaras reaction when I delivered her bouquet was both amazing & emotional. For your flowers to have that affect on someone is the best feeling

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the training & experienced I have gained with the knowledge that ensures I select high quality flowers at the right time of year and that they last throughout the day - as they should. When I sit down with a couple I enjoy the opportunity to design, create and deliver their perfect wedding flowers with the aim being to exceed their expectations. I am also proud of the feedback I have received, knowing flowers that I have provided has played an important part in a couples day & meant so much to them is incredibly rewarding
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't get too caught up in Pinterest! Its great for initial ideas but can be overwhelming for couples throwing so many different ideas in the mix. Focus on what is important to you about your day and the areas you want to focus on.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I love a dog at a wedding! Jinks the Collie joined his owners walking down the aisle complete with floral collar - very cute!

I Love succulents so they have been used
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
I think any flower that has special meaning to a couple is perfect to include. Just bear in mind if including a particular flower is really important then check if it is in season before you book the wedding! Peonies in December for example won't be possible!
What is the most romantic flower and why?
Too many! flowers are romantic when they mean something
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
I always provide vases to use after the ceremony & photos, this definitely helps the flowers to last beyond the day. I have had brides that tell me their flowers were still going over a week after - keep in water & cooler the room the better
