Foxgloves & Roses is an Oxfordshire-based floral design studio creating abundant, artful wedding flowers for couples who want their celebration to feel deeply beautiful, atmospheric, and alive.
Known for painterly colour palettes, immersive floral installations, and a signature garden-inspired style, each wedding is designed in response to the season, the setting, and the feeling the couple want to create. From wild ceremony meadows and climbing floral staircases to delicate bud vases and romantic bouquets, the work is rooted in a love of nature, movement, texture, and light.
Inspired by English gardens, old-world romance, and the untamed elegance of the natural world, Foxgloves & Roses creates flowers that feel both luxurious and effortless.
Every wedding is approached individually, with a focus on creating floral designs that feel personal rather than formulaic.
Founder Nicola Roberton works closely with each couple to shape flowers that sit beautifully within the architecture, landscape, and rhythm of the day - whether that’s an intimate countryside gathering or a large-scale celebration.
The studio takes on a limited number of weddings each year to allow for a thoughtful, highly creative experience from first ideas through to installation.
Foxgloves & Roses specialises in:
• Bridal bouquets and personal flowers
• Floral meadows and aisle designs
• Ceremony arches and statement installations
• Staircases, mantels, and hanging floral features
• Tablescapes and reception flowers
• Large-scale floral styling for country houses and marquees
• Full installation and breakdown service
That's a tough one as we get swept away by every bouquet, every arch and every glorious urn arrangement we create. Looking back over the past 12 years, there are so many happy memories and so many installations it's been hard to walk away from because it looks so damn beautiful : )
Dreamy, stylish, natural, timeless, abundant
Our reviews. It's wonderful to realise how much our floral creations have touched people's lives.
If you love a particular flower and want to include it in your wedding florals (peonies are usually at the top of the list), be sure to check when it's in season before you book your date.
A dessert table full of cakes and bakes cooked by family and friends. Many were family recipes and we loved the backstory menu cards explaining them.
After the initial consultation, at which we discuss in details plans and ideas for the big day, an inspiring floral design plan is created. This is submitted to the bride and groom for their consideration with tweaks and changes made until they are 100% happy. On booking a 15% deposit is paid with the balance due six weeks before the wedding day.
Small wild green apples found in a local hedgerow. We love to add unique little touches, especially to the Bride's bouquet.
Just follow your heart and choose what you love.
Definitely a scented garden rose.
You could give them to your guests or leave then behind so that we can take them to a local hospice or care home.
