A huge ceremony held at the Merchant Taylors' Hall. The setting is increible and every aspect of the wedding was thrilling from the flowers, dress, cake and venue.

What about your business are you most proud of?
Our design skill and the hard work of our florists. They're the real heroes. Without their hard work and effort, none of our work would be possible.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Have a style in-mind an stick to it. A florist can help you realise a dream but you need to have a clear picture of what you want first.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We loved the jam-jar craze when it started, that was a bold move.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
A consultation followed by mood-boards, discussions, a mock up bouquet, delivery on the day.
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
It has to be pampas grass. You might think we're crazy but it looked amazing!
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
We love English garden roses. They're an obvious symbol of love and there are so many different types it's easy to make your bouquet/designs look absolutely unique.
What is the most romantic flower and why?
It has to be a red ranunculus - have a Google and you'll see
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
You can choose to press and dry flowers. We'll be able to recommend a company for customers who would like to pursue this possibility.
