Firstly I would like to say that I have given 3 stars and would have given 5 if the flowers had lasted. We had a wedding at the weekend and all the bridal bouquets only lasted 4 hours before they all wilted.
The original customer service was great and we loved the flowers. We spent over £2200.00 on all the flowers and to be honest I would of expected them to last. The owner, Becky said (these are her words) that it was due to contributing factors throughout the course of the day that may affect the condition of some flowers.
The weather was 19 degrees, very light wind, to be honest the perfect day! Goodness knows what a temperature of around 26 degrees + would have done!!
Now I understand that flowers are designed to be open for the wedding day itself which is why they do not always last as long afterwards but I would expect them to last more than 4 hours. We had to remove them from display as it was embarrassing for us to let our guests see them.
My daughter and new son in law bought me a thank you bouquet which was in water in cellophane but they haven’t lasted either. They started wilting after 2 days.
I am a very keen gardener and know how to look after plants and flowers so there was no incompetence on my part.
I fully understand that Becky doesn’t grow the flowers and they are imported in but there should be some accountability on her part.
Unfortunately this isn’t the case and is not willing to move on that except offer me a complimentary bouquet which I have declined due to knowing what they are like.
This review is simply put out there to everyone who is thinking of having Becky and her flowers that please get reassurance that they will last the day at least.
Over £2k is a lot of money and Becky refuses to give any reimbursement what so ever.
