Using local suppliers where possible, British flowers are beautiful. And only using eco-friendly floristry techniques.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Don’t listen to too many different opinions, trust yourself and the experts you are employing to make sure your special day reflects you as a couple.

What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?

I love to use herbs in my bouquets as they add a wonderful fragrance.

Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?

My current favourite is phlox - available in the summer months it symbolises unity of souls, perfect for a wedding!

What is the most romantic flower and why?

There are so many to choose from but I think my favourite will always be the English Garden rose!
