Describe your typical process with a couple.
We start with a telephone call or email enquiry, we sit down and do a free 1 hour consultation at the shop or by Zoom/telephone/skype/facetime!, we then send out a mood board and quote for all we discuss, if we don't know a venue once booked we organise to go and see it and go through every aspect on site with the Events team there, if in a Marquee at home we speak with the Marquee company and Visit the site. We then have as many meetings as needed so that our couple know exactly what they are getting, and are completely reassured we have every detail down on the mood board and quote. We require a deposit to confirm the date is booked, (250.000) we work on a first come first serve basis, full payment is a month before the wedding. I am here at the end of telephone all the way through the process.

A Charm from the Bride's Great Granny which we attached within the bouquet so only she could see it, as she wanted her to walk down the aisle with her.
