We have been in Entertainments since ( Cough Cough ) the 90s so we know how to throw a good party from way back when to recent hits. All our equipment is Pat Tested and up to date quality Gear, we are covered by £10M in PLI Public liability Insurance, we are also DBS checked. We Mainly cover, Shropshire, Worcester, West Midlands, But we also go further afield if you so wish, we don't mind traveling at all.

Had the most Amazing Experience
Had the most amazing experience for my 6 year olds birthday. From start to finish the detail and attentiveness from these guys were second to none. The children loved them, the parents were more than happy and the entertainment provided for a bunch of 6 year olds was absolutely amazing. Mickey and minnie mascots were a massive hit with the children too. honestly cannot fault Tykie Time Discos not one bit

Do Your offer Contracts

Yes we offer a contract that safeguards you and us too, this helps because without a contract in place and we have seen it over and over again, people have taken a deposit or even the full amount and ghosted you the people. Our contracts give you peace of mind that A) we shall turn up and give you the services your paying for, B) Peace of mind should anything happen that your money is safe, Also that we are a fully legal company that Is fully professional to each sector of our business.

what happens from time of booking

We gather information from you from your needs to wishes and expectations. We offer a variety of packages to suit all budgets and wants that are premium services for not the premium prices, I am not saying we are cheap, however we are not expensive, we call it being realistic.

do we get to choose songs?

Of course, at the time of booking we encourage you to give a list of the songs you would love to dance to, first Dance tp party boppers, to do not play this at all to must haves.

We also offer our unique QR code allowing you and your guests ( Great for the shy ones ) to send us song requests prior the event but also at the time of the party, but we also do it old fashioned way that you can speak to us in person to give us a song request.

Can we combine a disco and a photo booth together?

Absolutely you can, whatever services we offer we can bundle up so that your only paying one supplier knowing your in safe hands, but also get better deal prices the more you want.

do we speak over the mic?

We are old skool, of course we do, we don't believe that everything should be up to you guys, we will make announcements, organise people for cutting the cake, first dance and whatever else you want, plus we like to keep things relaxed, enjoyable and fun, so yes if you like banter then we are what you are looking for.

can we book you last minute?

Honestly, the chances are, we are likely to be booked up usually months to a year in advance, however try us as sometimes a date does become available.

But we would always suggest booking us in advance, Mainly because we want you to get the date you want but also gives us good time to prepare for you special day.

Do you take bookings 2-3 years in advance

No, why I hear you ask, Sorry to sound morbid but because a lot can happen in 2 years either on your part or ours, we wouldn't wish to take someone's money that far in advance because what happens if ( hopefully not but, Say we have an accident or worse death,) A) we won't be turning up and B) you've lost money we wouldn't want this for you or us.

We will only ever take bookings for a year maximum in advance as we believe this is more practical for everyone.

Do we get to meet you prior the event?

Yes, If the venue is fairly close then we are happy to meet you at the venue to look around to visualise the setting and offer our advise, if the venue is say 8 hours away then its not practical but we shall offer video call meets so we can get to know you and you know us, discuss everything.

will you dress up smart or be in jeans and tshirt?

If its a formal wedding, we tent to wear trousers shirt and waistcoat, But if it's a casual themed do, we are happy to discuss it all to help match the themes

if our Wedding party is say 7pm but we want everything set up before we get there, is that an option?

Indeed it is, we can offer a full day offer, where we can arrive in the morning to set up, sound check prior you and the party getting there for an early set up charge so there is no disruption during food, speeches etc. but we also offer Ceremony music, speeches etc for the whole day also should you wish to discuss that, We are very down to earth people, we just want your day to be less stress and all fun and laughter.
