Tomono Sushi Party offers a truly one-of-a-kind hen do experience that swaps the predictable for something wonderfully memorable: a hands-on sushi making party that's equal parts delicious, creative, and joyful.
We Come to You
As a fully mobile service, Tomono and her team come to wherever the celebration is happening. Whether that's someone's home, an Airbnb for the weekend, or a hired venue, they arrive with everything needed and take care of all the setup and clearing up, so the group can focus entirely on having a brilliant time. No venue hunting, no logistics headaches.
What to Expect
Each session brings together the bride-to-be and her closest friends for an interactive culinary adventure. Guests learn to craft beautiful maki rolls, delicate nigiri, and showstopping temari balls from scratch. No experience needed! Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned foodie, we guide every guest through the process with warmth, expertise, and plenty of laughter along the way. Sessions typically last 1.5 to 2 hours.
The Little Details
Groups can dress up in authentic Japanese kimonos, adding a gorgeous and unique touch to the celebration. Japanese-inspired cocktails can be arranged to accompany the feast, and every element, from the ingredients to the atmosphere, is tailored to the group. The experience works beautifully for mixed-age groups too, making it ideal for hen parties where mums, future mothers-in-law, and friends of all ages are on the guest list.

Tomono Sushi Party takes food safety seriously, holding a 5-star food hygiene rating from Buckinghamshire County Council. All ingredients are fresh and responsibly sourced. Dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are all catered for, with menus tailored in advance to suit the group.
