We bring a pop-up golf simulator to your wedding venue and host it from the first swing to the last. Your guests hit real shots at a big screen, and take each other on in friendly competitions anyone can win. It's an easy way to break the ice, fill the quiet spells and get both sides of the family laughing together.
Golfers love it. Non-golfers usually love it more. Nobody needs any experience, it's about having fun 🏌🏽♂️
What happens on the day
- We arrive 90 minutes before you want us live and set up quietly around your timings
- Joel hosts throughout, getting people up, keeping it moving and making sure nobody's left watching
- Closest-to-the-pin and longest drive competitions with a live leaderboard, so there's always something to shout about
- Arcade-style games for a quick go between drinks
- A huge choice of the world's best courses, plus a few fantasy ones for fun
- Full sets of clubs, right and left handed, so everyone from your nan to your best man can have a go
- Photos and clips of your family and friends having fun, sent to you after the day

Indoor or outdoor
The indoor bay needs a space of roughly 3m by 4m with 2.5m of headroom and a standard plug socket. The outdoor set-up is our branded inflatable, 4m by 4m, which sits happily on a lawn or courtyard and looks great in photos. Both are fully insured with £5m public liability cover, so your venue will be happy too.

A 50% deposit secures your date. Plans change, so you can move the date free of charge with 14 days' notice, and if the weather turns dangerous for an outdoor booking we simply reschedule with your deposit carried over.
Where we cover
We're based in Lytham on the Lancashire coast and love a road trip. We cover the whole of the North West, including Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Preston, Blackpool and the Lakes, and happily head over to the North East and West Midlands too. If your venue's a bit further out, just ask. Travel within the North West is usually included and always confirmed in your quote, so there are no surprises.

Experience
Do our guests need to be able to play golf?
Not at all. Honestly, the people who've never held a club are usually the ones we can't get off it by the end of the night. The games are short and simple, Joel shows everyone what to do, and we've got clubs for lefties too. Heels, suits, dresses, no problem.
How much space do you need?
Less than you'd think. Indoors, a corner about 3m by 4m with 2.5m of headroom and a plug socket. Outdoors, a flat bit of lawn or courtyard around 4m by 4m for the inflatable. Not sure? Send us a photo of the space and we'll tell you straight away.
Can it go outside? What if it rains?
It can, and it looks brilliant out there. The inflatable keeps the screen sharp in daylight and doesn't mind a shower. If the weather turns properly nasty we'll move inside if there's room, or reschedule with your deposit carried over. Either way, you won't lose out.
Where does it fit in the day?
Wherever you've you want it. The drinks reception while you're off having photos taken, the gap between the wedding breakfast and the evening do, or the evening itself. The Birdie covers one of those. The Eagle runs through all three.
How many people can play?
Loads. Games like closest-to-the-pin take a minute or two each, so one bay keeps a happy queue going all afternoon. At a typical 80 to 120 guest wedding, most people get a go and plenty come back for a rematch.
Do you run it, or do we?
We do, all of it. Joel hosts from start to finish: getting people up, explaining the games, keeping the leaderboard ticking and making sure nobody's left stood watching. Once we've arrived, you've got nothing to think about.
What does the price include?
Everything you'd hope. We set up 90 minutes before you want us live and pack down after, Joel hosts throughout, and all the kit and clubs come with us. You get competitions with a live leaderboard, arcade-style games, the world's best courses, and photos and clips of your family and friends sent over after the day. Travel within the North West is usually included and always confirmed in your quote, so no surprises.
Is it safe?
Yes, and your venue will want to know this too. The hitting area is sectioned off, guests play one at a time with Joel right there, and we carry £5m public liability insurance. If the venue wants the certificate, we'll send it the same day.
How far ahead should we book?
It all depends on availability but we're flexible and happy to work with you, if we've got space we'll work with you to make sure everything is arranged without any stress. So if you want to check if your dates free, drop me a message.
