Surprise your guests with a staged appearance by the amazing Sing Out Waitresses and Waiters. The unique and highly interactive performance style of our secret singers will wow all your guests as your wedding is transformed into a party atmosphere in a matter of minutes. We pose as staff during your meal and then we perform a 'surprise' 30-40 minute show. This cost also includes us bringing our PA (sound equipment) suitable for up to 150 guests in a small to medium size room. We would need to set up and sound check before anyone arrives and we would also need to liaise in detail with the person in charge of the catering so that we can be seen to be a part of their service team on the day. This is something we can obviously talk through at a later date should you decide to go ahead. We usually start the show towards the end of main course and we start with some big show off numbers and then move onto songs to get everyone involved and up out of their seats. We’re really lively and interactive and aim to create a buzzing atmosphere amongst you and your guests and provide a talking point for years to come! Again, we can discuss song choices in more detail should you decide to proceed with the booking. We cover all genres but we do have some favourites that work perfectly! The Sing Out Waitresses & Waiters are available as a solo waiter/waitress/chef or as a duo, trio or four piece to backing tracks. What is your most memorable wedding?

Every wedding is so different and special for different reasons. One that stands out was a beautiful wedding in Lake Como (Italy), such a gorgeous setting it made the day magical! Then for something with a personal touch we performed at a wedding hosted in the Bride's parents' back garden. It was the most relaxed and informal wedding in such a lovely atmosphere amongst family and friends, a real celebration.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Fun, interactive, high energy, memory making.

What about your business are you most proud of?

I guess here would be where most acts list the wow client and venue list (the British Prime Minister - Theresa May & Boris Johnson, Gloria Hunniford, luxury yachts, all the 5 star London hotels etc) but in all honesty what makes us proud is every time a bride or groom messages us to say that we made their wedding and everyone is still talking about our show. We like to use our show to create those 'memory moments' that everyone talks about for years to come.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

For our show in particular you must keep it a secret from as many people as possible!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Once you decide you'd like to go ahead we'd talk about how involved you'd like to be in song selection (or how much of a surprise you'd like it to be for you as well!). So if there are any bands/artists you really love, or really can't stand! We would need to have a conversation with your venue to find out what their staff wear and to discuss us being seen as part of their catering team on the day (some venues/caterers are fine and some prefer us to limit our involvement which is absolutely fine, we can make either work and will absolutely not get in their way!). It's great if you can let them know in advance that you've booked us. We would need to know your schedule for the day so we can work out when we arrive to sound check without anyone hearing us and also to decide on when we start the show. And that's pretty much it! Nice and easy.

What is your No. 1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?

Our show is designed to build which helps to keep everyone's attention and make sure they have fun at the same time. Every song we perform is there for a reason and gives us a different way of interacting with your guests.

What is your party trick?

Well that has to be our Italian accents! Some are fake, some are not!
