Close-up magic is perfect for bringing guests together and creating an immediate buzz. During the drinks reception, Matthew mixes and mingles with your guests while photographs are taking place, turning what can otherwise be waiting time into one of the most entertaining parts of the day.
Magic can then continue during the wedding breakfast, with Matthew performing at the tables between courses. This works particularly well for larger weddings and ensures guests throughout the room get to experience the magic.
For couples looking for more than close-up magic, Matthew also offers a professional Wedding Host & MC service, helping the day flow smoothly while adding energy, personality and entertainment. Half-day and full-day hosting options are available and can be combined with close-up magic.

What is your most memorable wedding?
I've performed at many celebrity and VIP weddings -
the most memorable are always the most different - in farmland, with the bride & groom and wedding party arriving by tractor was one to beat. Tractors complete with wedding ribbons, and red carpets as they disembarked the tractors.

Book entertainment! Otherwise one wedding can seem the same as the next

Initially to check availability.
I follow up with a detailed email of my services with photos, videos and prices.
If required I offer a home visit @ £50 per meeting, when you book and pay the deposit, the first meeting fee is waived.
What is your No.1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?
Experience!
Make sure you can be seen and heard clearly, otherwise you might as well not be there
Where is the most memorable place you have performed?
The Address Hotel in Dubai, UAE for the CEOs private VIP party on New Year's Eve actually during the fire which made international news.
Have you had any interesting surprises at a wedding?
Each wedding if different and memorable.
