Hired the small soft play for our daughters 1st birthday party - it was great! She loved it and so did the other children. Promptly delivered to the venue, set up quickly and collected on time as well, all at the times requested to suit us and our venue. Great service! Will definitely recommend and use in the future. I’m so happy I chose kings castle hire for my 3 year olds birthday party. Communicating with them was easy, they had a great selection of products and the bouncy castle we chose matched our paw patrol theme. My little one and his friends loved the cars. On the day I honestly barely noticed them, they had everything set up so quickly and confirmed a pick up time. They were back promptly and again were so efficient! Thanks guys, I will definitely use again.

I would highly recommend this professional company when booking a bouncy castle. I was able to book a bouncy castle package with 4 days' notice. This was due to another company based in Gloucestershire with a very similar name to this letting us down. If you are going to use a company please use this one and not them as they also let my friend down.

Excellent communication and service. Friendly efficient staff. Bit of a fault with one of the lights due to weather conditions which took a while for us to sort out but fun was not spoilt.

Great communication. We had to change the venue at the last minute and they accommodated us. Arrived with plenty of time and were helpful and friendly would definitely use them again. Also we had other games at the party (4 year olds) but the bouncy castle entertained everyone the longest
