Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Fun Engaging Personalised Unique Outstanding
What about your business are you most proud of?
We are most proud of our customer service making bookings and final details as stress free as possible. Every booking is personal to each customer.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Plan ahead and use a diary. Keep in touch with all of your suppliers too.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Our favourite was one of our couples who were unable to bring their dog to their wedding. So what better way than to have a personalised greenscreen with a photo of their dog in the background so all the guests could have their gorgeous fur baby in their prints.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We book at the beginning and take all details from a couple. We then get in touch around 8 weeks prior to remind them to meet up with us and complete their final meeting whether it be at our office, over video call or at a venue to confirm final details, delivery times, designs etc.
What is your No. 1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?
Engage and entertain them... nothing worse than a boring Photobooth attendant. All our colleagues are fun, engaging and encourage silly behaviour and fun photos!
Where is the most memorable place you have performed?
Our most memorable venue we have performed at was the Manorial Barn in Rotherham. During a booking there was an intense power cut at the venue with all of our equipment turning off along with the DJ. However we grabbed some batteries, took the cameras out and took some old fashioned photobooth pictures manually. We also got one of our speakers out working on batteries and helped the DJ deliver his memorable tunes. When the electricity came back on we stayed extra long so no one missed out on the fun, and we printed all of the photos from the power cut so it was something to look back on.
Have you had any interesting surprises at a wedding?
I don’t think we can call them surprises any more, but we have seen our fair share of body parts and (let’s call them memorable photos) in our booths. Luckily our team can prevent these getting to the guestbook or online. But it’s nothing new any more but we want our guests and customers to have as much fun as possible in our booths.
