Game Gathering provides fully managed retro gaming hire for weddings across Lancashire and Manchester. We deliver, set up and run everything on the day so you don't have to worry about a thing. From classic consoles including NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox 360 to live tournaments with trophies — we keep your guests entertained all day and evening. Perfect for drinks receptions, evening parties or full day wedding entertainment.

Wedding packages start from £300 + VAT and are fully tailored to your day. Whether you are looking for gaming during the drinks reception, an evening entertainment zone or a full day package that runs from ceremony through to the last dance — we have something to suit every wedding. Our evening package includes multiple console and screen setups, a full game library and our team on site throughout. For larger weddings or those wanting more variety we can scale up to additional setups to keep more guests playing at once. We can also add a live tournament to any package — complete with leaderboard, knockout brackets and trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Mario Kart time trials are always a massive hit and create a brilliant buzz throughout the evening. All prices are + VAT and every package includes delivery to your venue, full setup before guests arrive, our team managing everything on the day and a full pack down at the end of the night. Game Gathering provides fully managed retro gaming hire for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and conventions across Lancashire, Manchester and the North West.

We deliver, set up and run everything on the day so you don't have to worry about a thing. From the moment we arrive to the moment we pack down, your gaming zone is completely taken care of.

Our fleet includes over 20 consoles across 14+ platforms — NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, GameCube, Dreamcast, PlayStation 1, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360, Mega Drive and more — each with its own screen, controllers and a full game library.

For weddings we offer flexible packages to suit your day. Whether you want gaming during the drinks reception to keep guests entertained while photos are being taken, a full evening gaming zone, or a complete full day package — we have something to suit every budget and venue.

We can also run live tournaments with a leaderboard and trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Mario Kart tournaments are always a massive hit at weddings and give guests a real reason to get involved throughout the evening.
