In 2016/17 Ore Oduba won Strictly Come Dancing. The difference between him and his competitors were a focused mind, controlled emotions and a very clear objective. I was commenting on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire for the second year running and correctly predicted and wished for the result because of Ore’s talent and commitment.
Although I was lucky in this instance because of the public vote, my 100% 5* recommendation on Facebook and excellent reviews speaks volumes about a Teacher who understands how people learn, is encouraging and develops the strength of individual and therein couples, to achieve that beautiful and enjoyable dance on the special day.
I have been teaching Group and Private Lesson in Ely, Cambridgeshire for almost four years. And although the Ballroom dances that I teach include, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz and Quickstep and Latin include Cha-Cha-Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble and Jive, the First dance is somewhat different in that it can move between dances to create beautiful contemporay feel and look.
A wedding dance is individual as it reflects the story, skills and personality of the couple. I work very closely with the couple as we collaborate and develop the choreography.
