Describe your typical process with a couple.
communication, listen, keep in touch, make the couple feel special, answer any question promptly. take deposit, final payment due 7 days prior to event. Turn up exactly at the time we said we would.
What is your No.1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?
we have to be entertainers when we are working as croupiers at the gaming tables, we make people feel at ease, teach them with loads of patience.
