The Bridal Boutique of Jules

Having been in several different bridal stores, I feel like this is a well deserved 5* score! Jeska was amazing, she is kind, honest, professional but also incredibly caring. First experience; I tried on over 10 dresses because she had such an amazing selection. I never felt rushed and even when I thought I found the dress I wanted, she encouraged me to try the rest (which was a good job because the one I chose was my wild card right at the end). Second experience; I couldn’t make up my mind between two of the dresses, she opened up especially for me for the second time so I could make my mind up. I did actually have a few issues with the dress when my one arrived- it was too big and the dress had a different design but Jeska got straight on it and spoke with the designer and got it sorted and a week later, this beaut arrived. All in all, even with my wobble, Jeska never made me feel like I was being a dick and completely made me feel at ease the whole time. My Tariq who ‘doesn’t cry happy tears’ totally welled up when he saw me walk down the aisle! I loved the dress so much that I’m already in the process of getting the hem taken up to be able to wear for a fancy dress event! Can’t wait for that cuppa Jeska! X
