Ocean bride

Being plus size, I was beyond anxious about shopping for a wedding dress. I’d heard of horror stories from friends of mine who were size 12, yet made to feel huge in the past. As such, I carefully researched local wedding dress shops who catered for my size. Ocean Bride was the first shop I booked an appointment with. I was sceptical that I’d find anything that would fit me and that I’d leave feeling like an elephant. Then I met Simone, the loveliest, kindest lady who knows exactly how to dress women of all sizes. To my utter surprise I found THE dress, and left feeling good about myself. Ultimately, when it came to the day itself, I had SO many compliments about my beautiful dress. I felt a million dollars in it. I was terrified of trying dresses on and feeling judged but she just made it so painless! Thank you.

I had such a lovely experience trying on dresses at this shop! There was a wide range of offer, the atmosphere was relaxed and Simone was absolutely fantastic with helping me find the one! 5 stars!

Loved every minute of trying on dresses and finding ' THE ONE'. Staff at the shop were experts in making me feel comfortable and relaxed trying on such special dresses. A great range of dresses to choose from in a beautiful location.
