Womenswear designer Katy Lyell and Savile Row Bespoke trained tailor Victoria Townsend have combined their talents to create an exceptional service solely dedicated to dressing women. An exclusive yet accessible entry into the world of bespoke clothing, the duo are passionate about the clothing they produce and pride themselves on the level of quality, craftmanship and attention to detail. Each piece is imagined, designed and cut in the heart of London with the utmost care and precision especially for the individual. Using couture techniques and tailoring skills, the pair are able to achieve the perfect fit. The bespoke process begins with a consultation to discuss what the client requires for the special occasion. Finding the individual style, colour palette and suitable fabrics are integral to the process which enables the client to have a creative input to their pieces. Once a piece has been ordered, four or five fittings are required with the client, starting with Victoria carefully taking a wide range of measurments. This is a private and intimate part of the bespoke process which can be held to clients request at their home, in their office or in Mayfair. Working to make this process as effortless as possible for the client the pair endeavour to establish a strong relationship with their clients as to achieve the ultimate tailored experience. Victoria’s expertise and artistry in her cutting make Katy's flattering designs come to life whilst being able to mould the fabric to the body with precision. The number of measurements and amount of fittings enables the pair to sculpt the garment, achieving a fit and comfort that is comfort that is unrivalled. Using techniques exclusive to the brand, Victoria is able to excentuate, smooth and disguise any imperfections.
