The service we give all our customers. We are always being complemented on this.

Make a decision and stick to it. We see many couples change their minds on different aspects of the wedding and this can be very costly!

From first contact we start to create a picture of what the bride requires and the time frame we are working with. This gives us a basic understanding of the brides needs before her appointment. Once the appointment has taken place we make notes so that upon the second appointment, if they haven’t bought from us on the first visit, we can remember detail about the wedding, groom and favourite gowns. We can then refer back to them before the next appointment. Once a bride has ordered from us she will receive a contract outlining our stores polices. This is always signed by the bride. The contract becomes part of the brides file where all communications between us, the bride and the suppliers is documented. This file helps us keep track of delivery details and payments received. When the dress has been tried on for the first time the bride takes the dress away with them. At this time we book the return visit for fittings. These are normally made for 6 weeks before the wedding date. This allows enough time for Sarah to work her magic! We will also make extra appointments for any other requirements that the bride may need, including bridesmaids, shoes, bespoke accessories. We are always happy for the bride to contact us for advice or help regarding her wedding. We have many weddings that take place abroad. In this situation we offer a service where the gown is boxed up ready for travel. After all the alterations have been completed we steam and press the dresses ready to be worn. At the last fit and collection we offer a tutorial to whoever is dressing the bride on the day. This ensures the dress is laced and buttoned correctly giving the bride confidence that her dress will look perfect on the big day.
