Harrington Hats is an established millinery business started by Sineád Harrington. Originally set-up solely as a hat hire provider, Harrington Hat Hire, Sineád found herself increasingly creating bespoke commissions or customizing existing headpieces for her clients, and so the change in name took place in early 2015 to reflect the broader range of services the company offers. The ethos of Harrington Hats remains the same though - to provide a comfortable, relaxed environment in which to discuss hats or simply to try on a variety of hats - from traditional established makers as well as new, emerging designers. As such all appointments are on a strict no-obligation basis - we never want you to settle for second-best - your chosen hat must make you feel special! Originally from Kildare in Ireland, Sineád moved to this picturesque part of the world from Finchley in London 5yrs ago. Now a mother of two small children, Sineád has swapped her job as a founder of a successful recruitment company, to something closer to her heart. Hat Hire - We have more than 200 head pieces for hire, and stock wonderful creations from established designers like Philip Treacy, Nigel Rayment, Peter Betley, Walter Wright, Condici etc. as well as unique pieces from newer international designers like Marie Mercie of France and Jennifer Wrynne of Ireland. Please note we are building our collection all the time, so our online gallery of hats is never fully up-to-date - we'll always have a few extra additions not shown here. Commission and buy a hat - If you're looking for something more bespoke, Sinéad can work with you to choose your colours, and create an entirely new piece for you. Customise your existing hat - Sinéad can also work with you to renovate your existing favourite headpiece, or tailor it to match an outfit.
