I had the absolute best experience at Gwenne's in Broxburn! Booking in for my initial appointment was a breeze and all the staff in the store that we met with were amazing! My dress was initially a bit of a wild card choice which I ended up falling in love with as soon as I tried it on! They made it super easy to arrange alterations too which was all done in store! I cannot thank all the girls enough for helping me find my dress and feel so beautiful on my wedding day ❤️

I can't recommend Gwenne's enough! As someone who doesn't often wear dresses and is on the larger side, I was so worried I wouldn't find something which made me feel confident. Steph was so reassuring on our initial video call and at the appointment was able to guide me and make me feel really comfortable. I found the dress of my dreams and I have never felt more beautiful. Shopping at Gwenne's was a fantastic experience. Gwenne phoned me before the appointment to get a feel at what I was looking for to help pick some dresses and allowed me to pick some I liked. Steph and Gwenne were fantastic on the day and let me try on so many dresses. We had a lovely welcome message and a glass of fizz. The girls sorted all of my dress fitting appointments and made the whole process easy. Can't recommend them enough. My dress was absolutely perfect - I wish I could do it all again!

I found a dress online and Gwennes’ went ahead and ordered it from Spain which was more than I expected. The appointments were easy to make and communication was excellent. Any worries you have they will Help resolve and reassure you. Excellent pricing and reassuring service. Follow up appointments were timely and the alteration service and costings were clear . They also stock some lovely accessories . I’m so glad I found this stop
