The Forget me Not team, led by award winning British designer Geraldine Tulloch, have been creating wedding dresses for Brides since 1989. Each wedding gown is handcrafted by a team of skilled dressmakers in our workrooms, which are situated directly below our pretty boutique on the Isle of Wight. It might sound a long way away but our bridal shop is in a perfect location to make a real day out of your wedding dress appointment. From London travel is an easy day trip,( it takes just 2 hours) via the closest ferry port of Portsmouth, or hovercraft from Southsea or you can travel via Southampton or Lymington if you are coming from the South West. You can stroll beside the sea with an ice cream or sit and admire the view, whilst sipping a glass of Fizz and enjoying a fine lunch before you head home. As you walk into the Forget me Not Designs boutique you can see an abundance of wedding dresses adorning our rails and mannequins, made from sumptuous silks, chiffons and exquisite laces. Drawing on years of experience and by listening to you, we are experts in helping you choose a dress to best suit your style and personality. We design gowns for a variety of wedding themes, from traditional church to Festival style party, far away beach to a winter castle. Our collections include classic A-line shapes, elegant 1950’s styles, Vintage 20’s and 30’s, figure hugging mermaid dresses and styles with a modern, cutting edge Wow factor! We can even design you a “one off” bespoke, couture wedding dress so that all of our brides can wear a beautiful wedding gown, made to measure, to their taste, shape, style and budget.
