Do I need an appointment?
In general yes. We operate by appointment to ensure every bride enjoys a dedicated, one-to-one styling experience. That being said we are open Monday & Tuesday during the week for walk-ins.
How long is an appointment?
Our bridal appointments typically last around 2hrs, giving you plenty of time to explore styles and find your perfect dress.
How many guests can I bring?
We can comfortably seat upto 4 guests. We recommend bringing up to 3–4 of your closest family and friends to keep the experience relaxed and enjoyable. If you'd like to bring more, just let us know.
Can I rush order my dress?
Yes. Some of our gowns are available for quick shipping (4-10wks). Contact us to discuss timescales.
Which designers do you stock?
We are specialists in Martina Liana, Serene and Evie Young. We stock a wide range of gowns by Lillian West and have recently partnered with London based designer April Banbury.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 60% upfront deposit, the remaining balance can be paid off either by instalments or in full when you collect your dress.
Do you provide in-house alterations?
We have partnered with a wedding dress alterations specialist who will tailor your dress for that perfect fit. If you have your own alterations specialist you are welcome to use them instead.

Can I return to try on my favourites?
Absolutely. We offer our brides a second bridal appointment lasting an hour to ensure their happiness with their choice.
Can I buy shoes and accessories even if I didn't buy my dress from you?
Definitely. We stock a range of Rainbow Club dyeable bridal shoes that are also suitable for wedding guests. We have a fabulous range of veils and hair accessories to complete your look.
