Thank you to the whole EB team for helping me find the dress of my dreams! From going in to not having a clue what I wanted, Nicole took one look at me and my venue and the first dress she put me in was the one. Dawn did an amazing job of altering the dress to my shortness(!) and was so supportive when I had a last minute shoe crisis! My other half was absolutely floored when he saw me in it on the day, which was obviously the reaction I wanted! The whole process was perfect and I couldn't be more grateful - thank you so much.

Emily has the most beautiful dresses to choose from and she takes the time to listen to how you want to look and feel on your special day. After trying on many dresses I didn't like at other shops, Emily was not pushy in any way and was 100% transparent with her thoughts and feeling around each dress, which also matched with my vision. She found me the most perfect dress and veil that suited the day, the venue, my personality and was comfortable from ceremony to party time! When I put down the initial deposit, they also booked seamstress appointments in the run up to my big day. Lizzie altered the dress superbly to fit like a glove! A fantastic team of absolutely beautiful angels. Thank you again 🙏

I honestly cannot say enough about the whole team at Emily Bridalwear. From the first appointment and saying yes at my second appointment right up to collecting my dress (and even beyond with care instructions for cleaning and preserving) the care and warmth was incredible. The most enthusiastic team, and special mention to Nicole who helped me feel at ease when I arrived for an appointment on my own and even helped me say yes to my absolute dream dress. I attended so many dress appointments all over the midlands and so many shops were very sales driven and really pushy. Not at Emily, I felt like they actually wanted me to be happy with my dress, and didn't push at all when I needed time to think. I knew as soon as I set foot through the door that I was buying my dress with them.
