Dawn Clarke, is known as the Children’s Couturier because her passion is creating ethically handcrafted and bespoke children’s wear of the highest quality for very special occasions. Dawn specialises in UK-made luxury, ethical children's garments for special occasions and has just launched her first collection of flower girl dresses. These celebration dresses are made from hammered silk, which has an opulent dappled patina and have lots of petticoats too! A stand-out embellishment is an embroidered privacy panel behind the zip that proudly declares 'Made in England' and if ordered as a bespoke item can be personalised too! All the dresses are lined with the softest silk and feature pretty piping, petticoats trimmed with British lace and hidden pockets for special trinkets. All Dawn’s clothing is designed by her in her Hampshire studio, first sketching ideas, then drafting the pattern and working with a British manufacturer to ensure the signature ideas shine through. Only British suppliers are used to help reduce her carbon footprint.
