Champagne & Charlotte Bridal

I went to Charlotte two months before my wedding day, after my first dress (from another boutique) had not worked out. Charlotte had already researched which dresses she would be able to order within the short timeframe so that I knew what my options were. Charlotte helped me to find the perfect dress, hair accessory and veil and was friendly, fun, knowledgable and efficient every step of the way. She really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about making sure the bride feels comfortable and confident. The boutique is lovely and my family and I very much enjoyed the complimentary prosecco! �� I would recommend Champagne and Charlotte to all future brides in Devon and beyond - Charlotte has the most beautiful selection of dresses I’ve seen (and I must have visited about ten boutiques before finding C&C - but thank goodness I did!) something for everyone and amazing customer service. I could not recommend highly enough. After visiting other dress shops I knew as soon as I walked in the door that there was something special at Champagne and Charlotte Bridal. Charlotte makes you feel completely at ease and was so lovely and honest. Nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte also sourced and ordered boleros for myself and my bridesmaids which were better than I imagined, plus I found my full set of jewellery, hair accessory and veil here which tied in perfectly with my dream dress 😍. Can’t quite put into words how amazing Champagne and Charlotte is. Charlotte is beyond lovely, so honest and knowledgable and helped suggest ideas that I wouldn’t have otherwise looked at. The boutique is beautiful, with all of the stunning dresses and the little personal touches. I couldn’t thank Charlotte and her wonderful team enough for making me feel beautiful in my dress! I really felt like a princess on my day! I never get to feel like one when your a mother of a 2 year old! Haha! Charlotte and her team would go to many levels to make sure you are happy as a bride! I had my last fitting a week before the wedding if u wasn’t happy she still offered to fix things before the big day! I would recommend her to anybody! �

Charlotte is so lovely and her dresses are amazing I instantly fell in love with my dress and knew I had to have it. � she has been so helpful throughout the whole process, I can highly reccomend her to anyone that is considering going here my advice is please do!!!

What can I say, Charlotte gives a girl the best experience for buying her dream wedding dress, she closes the shop for you so you can have her full attention. She helped me pick my dream wedding dress, I loved my dress it wasn’t what I was looking for at the first but it was my dream dress. With just 10 weeks before our wedding I spoke with Charlotte with a pretty much blank canvas as I didn't really know what I wanted and with obvious tight timescales. She was really accommodating and thoroughly researched what she could do for me with our deadlines before I even stepped foot through the door. I was quite nervous but she put me at ease and really listened to what I liked and didn't like, guiding me through it. She even didn't mind me having my 4 month old with us and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to Charlotte I found my perfect dress which I'm very much looking forward to wearing on our wedding day. I couldn't recommend Champagne and Charlotte enough!

Had an absolutely amazing morning at Champagne and Charlotte. We arrived at 10.00am, all very excited! Charlotte was amazing. She instantly offered us Champagne, definitely knew her audience �and settled us into a spacious and comfortable setting. Our Bride and us were treated with courtesy and Charlotte was as excited as us! The little details right down to the Macaroons, French Fondants, beautiful Champagne Glasses, coasters and plates were brilliant. Charlotte really knew her stuff and made the Bride to Be feel very comfortable and special. Our Bride to be found 'The Dress' in under an hour! Must be a record! I haven't been Wedding Dress shopping before but a couple of friends have said that it was the best experience they've ever had. We got Charlottes full attention, door was locked and it was very private and was a special experience for the Bride to Be and her Bridesmaids. Charlotte's relaxed and laid back manner takes all the stress out of shopping for 'the one'. So pleased to have stumbled across her and her beautiful boutique and to have found my perfect dress.
