Very friendly nothing to much trouble

All Things Bride & Beautiful are a family business, and it shows, they made me feel magical from the moment I stepped into the shop, to the day I collected my dress. Everything had a personal touch, checking and re-checking that I was happy, making suggestions for the little touches, like a touch of sparkle being added to my dress, just to really finish it off. When I finally picked up my dress, there was a personal card attached, letting me know who helped me pick it, who helped to adjust it,

From the moment l walked through the door l was made to feel like l was the only bride in the world. There was nothing that was too much trouble and the customer service was secong to none. The staff were genuinely excited for me and being a 'mature' bride this was a big thing for me and l felt l was treated like any other bride. All in all it was a lovely part of my wedding preparations and my dress was absolutely perfect!

Everyone at All Things Bride and Beautiful were amazing! Welcoming, Friendly, Accommodating and all round could not of done enough for myself or my bridal party!

This is without doubt the best and easiest dress shopping trip ever ! the ladies are fantastic and couldnt be more helpful . They gave me an excellent experience and I cannot thank them enough for all their time and trouble. The shop is beautiful and the advice available is invaluable.

I picked out a number of dresses to try and none were what I wanted so one was recommended to me and it was the one. Well kind of as I had a number of changes made to make it perfect for me. These were not the easiest as I had buttons changed to lace up back, straps added and as it was a one off dress they had to use material from the dress itself. There were never any complaints about what I wanted doing, just questions about what I wanted before they started snipping! I really appreciate it!

It was very pleasant and unforgettable experience from very beginning to the very end. I was surprised and impressed by such a warm welcome, perfect detail orientation, definition of information, exclusive caring and together with all these things professionalism as well. This is a long established shop which I had not used before , but as it was local it was my first choice. Being married for the second time and being a young 58 ( I think anyway) I was a but a nervous at going in at first but Kim put me at ease . She selected a few gowns as I was unsure what I wanted . I came away with the first gown I tried . It was stunning and Kim knew when she saw me it was the one. She was right!!! I had do many comments I could not believe how I looked in the dress.
