Describe your typical process with a couple.

After initial contact listening to the dreams and ideas around the wedding. The likes and dislikes for designs and fabric choices of outfits and producing a bridal portfolio.

This offers sketches, fabric samples and costs and when agreed a 10% deposit secured the date in my diary. From there a mock shape is made, alterations and fittings take place before the ideal structure is finished in the chosen fabric for the dress or outfit.

During this process I send photographs of the work in progress and video footage of the items on the mannequin allowing my customers to be part of the magic of bespoke clothing.

What do you love most about your job?

My work allows me a very special insight into the journey of a wedding. It is an honour to be chosen to share this and it will always be a passion and love from beginning to completion .

What is your favourite style of wedding dress?

I don’t have a favourite style but enjoy creating a shape that enhances the personality and posture of the brides.

What is the best way to incorporate "Something Blue" into the wedding outfit?

A small piece of stitching or bead will incorporate the age old tradition.
