Each wedding that we style is memorable for us as we always encourage our couples to personalise their day so it remains meaningful for them. We don't offer wedding decor packages as we prefer to offer our couples a tailor-made service so that every wedding we style is unique and memorable to not only us, but also to you and your guests.

Personally, I find it endearing when couples write their own vows to each other as it demonstrates their devotion to one another.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Initial Enquiry: The majority of couples initially enquire through our website, www.tracywilliamson.co.uk or by telephone on 07932 665522 where we will advise you of our availability and briefly discuss your vision for your wedding day. If we are available we will offer you a complimentary design consultation at a mutually convenient time and place.
Design Consultation: Your wedding journey with Tracy Williamson Designs starts with getting to know a little about each other with a design consultation. Our aim for our meeting is to understand the underlying thread that will run throughout your wedding day and to eliminate any stress that you may be experiencing. As an event stylist it is important that we understand your vision for the day so we will ask many questions about everything from outfits, colour scheme and venue décor to your likes and dislikes so we recommend that you set aside an hour or so for our initial meeting. It is also helpful if you can bring along any images of designs that you like, fabric swatches or your Pinterest board as this will help us gain a deeper understanding of how you wish your wedding to look and feel.
How to Book: Once you are happy with the ideas and designs we have discussed we will then send you a proposal/estimate detailing the style of décor and materials, hired items and travel costs. If you are happy to proceed with the order we will require a non-refundable booking fee, together with a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions of Hire which will ensure that you have secured our services. You can then relax, safe in the knowledge that you have secured our services for your wedding day.
Before your Wedding Day: Once you have secured your date we will be on hand to answer any questions which you may have throughout your wedding journey. We will contact you around 6 weeks prior to your wedding day to finalise all the finer details of decor, including confirming an arrival time on the morning of your wedding. We will then prepare and issue your final invoice which is due four weeks before your big day.
On your Wedding Day: Our expert event stylists will arrive at a time agreed beforehand and set up in plenty of time before your guests begin to arrive and will arrive early the following day to collect our hire products.
What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?
We don't have a favourite as each wedding is themed around our clients' individual style and preferences.
What are the decorative trends with brides currently?
Currently, our couples are favouring a contemporary rustic-chic style which is a more manicured version of the rustic, mis-matched style which was on trend a couple of years ago.
What is your signature finishing touch?
Our attention to detail is what sets us apart from many other event stylists. We take great pride in our work and never leave the venue until we are 100% happy with the finished look.
