We booked our wedding and then had a surprise pregnancy (first baby), which meant that our baby was 4 months old for the wedding day. We were recommended The Wedding Nanny by our photographer - who had said that he had seen several wedding parties use The Wedding Nanny and he told us that he thought this service made a big difference to the weddings he had seen. I was incredibly nervous about letting a stranger look after my 4 month old, but got in touch with The Wedding Nanny to see what they could offer. From the very first meeting, I felt instantly reassured. They were incredibly thorough and went through all of my babies routines, what we wanted for our baby at the wedding and went above and beyond to help us feel calmer about the day and ensuring baby's safety and comfort. This continued throughout the lead up to the wedding. The Wedding Nanny arrived early on the day and ensured everything was set up. She came completely prepared with toys, blankets, sterilisers and bottles etc - absolutely everything he could have needed and more. She was amazing throughout the day - ensuring baby was relaxed and happy - whilst making sure he was also included (photos, first dance etc). Our baby was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people and noise etc, but The Wedding Nanny kept on top of this (by taking him for quiet time every now and then) and also facilitating the guests who were all eager to meet him and get a cuddle. We felt completely relaxed throughout the day - knowing he was in incredibly safe hands. Baby went back to the hotel at bedtime and Wedding Nanny kept us all updated via photos and videos of the baby throughout the night and when he woke up the next day. The next morning when we picked him up, he was incredibly happy and relaxed, surrounded by toys and in his element. All his belongings had been packed up, bottes cleaned and sterilised and ready to go. They have also been amazing since the wedding day - sending photos and cards to our address. They truly went above and beyond in every sense. All of our guests commented about how amazing The Wedding Nanny had been throughout the day (we will definitely be recommending). And myself and my husband have both said this was the best money we spent for the wedding - without a doubt the best investment we made. We honestly couldn't thank them enough!!

Words cannot express how amazing the Wedding Nanny team are. Our toddler was besotted with Nanny Laura, she was amazing with him and made our day stress free. She was so well prepared and kept him engaged and entertained all day whilst helping our day go so smoothly. She knew where and when he needed to be in different locations, helping the photographer get great shots and making sure he was a part of our day. I am so grateful to Laura, she was so thoughtful and just so so brilliant. If you are thinking about booking them - do it. You will not regret it. They are truly amazing.

I don’t even know where to begin or how to express how absolutely incredible Natalie was on our wedding day and in the lead up. I felt very reassured before the wedding day that my 17 month old would be totally taken care of. The questions she asked and explanations she gave meant that in the lead up to my wedding, childcare was not something I had to worry about. Not only that, our son was unfortunately quite unwell on our wedding day, but Natalie totally took it in her stride and handled it with grace . She included him where possible, but also knew when he needed space or quiet. She even got him to have an extra afternoon nap. I’ll never forget seeing him fall while playing with his cousins and immediately look for Natalie. The second he saw her, he had a cuddle and was completely comforted. The bond she built with him so quickly was honestly amazing. Natalie and her team specialise in caring for the children of the bride and groom, and it shows. Their service is polished and thoughtful and so much more than you can even imagine. My friends were shocked to find out my son hadn’t met Natalie before the wedding day. When I woke up the next morning, I was so full of gratitude and admiration. If you are getting married and have a child, BOOK THE WEDDING NANNY — you will never, ever regret it. Our wedding would not have been the same without her.

If you have children they are as big a 'must have' as the registrar. We have two children (4, and 19 months) who we wanted to be involved in our wedding without us just being on parent duty all day, or requiring our family to miss out. Natalie and Laura absolutely exceeded all our expectations. My 19 month old son in particular is very attached to me and I was worried about how comfortable he would be with a new person - he loved Natalie so much he was singing her name the day after. My 4 year old daughter was also mad about Laura, who made her day so special by helping to balance time with the bridal party feeling very grown up, and taking her out on a nature walk so she wasn't getting bored. She also did a great job hyping her up to go down the aisle all by herself! We got great advice from them about how to handle the kids through the day regarding meal times, how to get the best out of them for photos, involving them in the first dance and so much more. I couldn't reccomend them highly enough. Thank you so much!!!

Amazing company delivering high quality childcare! We used Wedding Nanny for our 2.5 year old on our wedding day and it made the day so much smoother. I was really worried about who would keep an eye on him and who would put him to bed then I can across the Wedding Nanny. Nanny Ross was amazing with my son and he took to her straight away, he had so much fun at the wedding with her. Just knowing he was having fun and then getting home safely made our wedding day so much more enjoyable. The company are very thorough with everything and take childcare very seriously. I had never left my son with anyone before Nanny Ross but after meeting her and seeing how much attention to detail she paid to everything made me feel reassured straight away. Definitely worth investing in for your wedding day.

Natalie was AMAZING. Our 19 month old little girl was looked after the whole day, right from the start to after the end of the wedding. She prepped the day with deep dive research on our daughters’s needs, sending get-to-know you videos in advance. Natalie came prepared with a whole range of goodies and snacks, hiding things across the venue for them to explore. She read all our girl’s cues and quirks perfectly, they bonded so well she preferred Natalie’s attention to ours! She went above and beyond, helping set up when Mara was napping and supporting the photographer with our baby’s photos, and getting to know our family on the day. We had absolutely no worries knowing our daughter was in safe hands- they even created our own keepsake for our day together! 10/10++++ would recommend - best money spent for the entire wedding without a doubt. special mention for Laura her colleague who popped along and gave our daughter the best day ever

Honestly when I first told my partner I was thinking of getting a nanny he wasn’t sold, and he thought Winston would be fine with family and friends. When I expressed I didn’t want my mum / his mum missing out due to Winston he started to understand it but was still not sold like I was. When Laura arrived on Sunday we were in the midst of the chaos, she immediately set everything up, took Winston and began playing with him. He took to her better than I could have ever expected. From then on I no longer had to worry about his needs being met, he was tended to as if he was her own and she was so attentive and responsive. Laura kept us regularly updated when she was away with Winston and even jotted down his entire day for us. Let’s be honest, weddings aren’t fun for toddlers and having Laura there meant our son still had a run day and could relax away from the chaos. We’ve had so many guests comment on what an amazing idea it is, but also how great Laura was and both myself and my husband agree it was the single best investment for our wedding. Amazing service! What would we have done without you?! We couldn’t be more thankful that we had Nanny Natalie and Nanny Laura at our wedding to look after our 19 month old boy Jacob. We knew it just wasn’t possible to give our little boy the love, attention and care he needed on our wedding day, and despite many family members offering to look after him but we felt they would obviously miss key moments and Jacob couldn’t possibly get the attention he required in an overwhelming environment. We found the wedding nanny after lots of research and never looked back, the communication was fantastic right from the start and we loved how much experience and passion they had! We received a personalised video which we played to Jacob every day the month before our wedding… he would say ‘more’ and ‘nanny Natalie’ whenever we played it. On the day of the wedding the Nanny’s arrived at 10.30am and instantly Jacob was at ease with them and went off for a little play and soon after we received a picture as they had worked their magic and got him to nap so that he’d be fresh for the ceremony! I could enjoy my wedding morning, so could our parents and bridesmaids knowing he was happy and he had someone’s undivided attention! The rest of the day was nothing short of perfect, Jacob was involved in everything that we wanted him to be involved in and everyone still got to spend time with him, however he got to be a 19 month old playing when he wanted! Both Natalie and Laura are just amazing, kind, friendly, fun and clearly very experienced! We never worried once that he was fed, changed, hot/cold, tired, overwhelmed or bored! Jacob stayed up for the first dance and as the music became very loud at 8pm I asked he went up to bed. By 8.30pm we had a picture that he was tucked up in his cot asleep and at 11.45pm when we returned to our room to meet Natalie and Laura he was still fast asleep! I’d like to add that only me and my husband have put Jacob to bed at night so clearly he felt safe and happy! We can’t thank you enough for everything you did for Jacob on the wedding day everyone kept coming up to us saying how amazing you were… we are so glad we booked you!

We had the lovely Laura booked to look after our 3 year old daughter, Aubrey, for our wedding. I knew I needed an extra pair of hands at the wedding as it was so important for me to know aubrey would have someone dedicated to look after her in the midst of the celebration and take the burden off grandparents so they can let their hair down. However little did I know how much I needed Laura. The day before our wedding Aubrey became unwell with a high temp and refusing calpol I spent the night before so stressed about the big day knowing she wasn’t herself. The morning of the wedding I messaged Laura and she wrote back the kindest message saying that she would deal with everything as it comes and be fully prepared to deal with any eventuality. Knowing this I genuinely relaxed knowing she was in safe hands. Laura arrived at 9am and can honestly say I felt an angel had arrived she swiftly managed to get Aubrey to take some calpol and got her down for a nap. Throughout the morning she kept both myself and mum updated with pictures. Laura managed to help get my daughter dressed and she made it through part of the ceremony before the sickness struck. She took her back to the onsite accommodation and spent the rest of the day giving her so much attention cuddles and love - again sending us pictures so we could relax and enjoy the day. Various people kept going back to check if they were all ok and they all commented how amazing Laura was and how comfortable our daughter was with her. At one point my partner went to check and Laura was just stroking Aubrey’s hair getting her to sleep. Genuinely if we hadn’t found the wedding nanny the day I don’t know what would have happened and it would have definitely meant family members having to miss out on key moments and us worrying and not being able to enjoy the day at all. As far as I am concerned Laura saved our wedding and I will always be grateful she is amazing! And to top it off in the morning Aubrey’s first words were ‘can I see nanny Laura now’ she hasn’t stopped speaking about her since!!
