We pride ourselves in our high level of customer service - we like all of our clients to feel welcome, looked after, to receive a personal service from one of our expert advisors who guide you from start to finish in a stress free, enjoyable process and leave us feeling excited and confident for the big day.

Organisation and be flexible minded - We cater to all brides whether it be a year before the wedding or 1 week before, however I would always recommend to start the process as early as possible to ensure you have the time to talk everything through with one of our advisors and to make sure you have full choice of preferred colours in our range. There is nothing worse than worrying before your special day! Some venues are a little trickier to install lanterns in so listen to the experts in what is a realistic achievement in how your venue could look... it may not be how you originally imagined but we always do our best to create your vision! The wedding budget is always difficult to juggle so you need have a realistic amount set aside to achieve the look you want..... the more lanterns then the more it will cost so be prepared to compromise however our wedding team are here to do the maths for you and we have a range of discounts available to help juggle those wedding pennies!

Personalising our products! Every bride wants to be unique and there is nothing better than having a momento of your big day! We are very fortunate to have our design studio on-site in Sussex so we can personalise any of our laser range with your names, wedding date or even a phrase. Our bespoke bunting is probably the most popular!

Couples are more than welcome to pop in to our East Sussex based showroom for a complementary consultation - or we can liaise with brides via email or over the phone. We start off by looking at your venue and then show you examples of how it could look, showing different styles, layout, designs and density. Once we have an idea of what you are envisaging we work out the suitable quantity and sizes of lanterns in your chosen colours and talk you through step by step how to hang them up yourself or one of our professional teams can install the display for you.

We are very lucky to have seen such a wide range of themes however the ones that stick in my mind are the bright and entertaining weddings such as Carnival/Circus/Rio types as they are always so energetic. We do see some very alternative themes such as "Nightmare before Christmas" and "Teenage mutant ninja turtles" which are always interesting! The main thing to remember is that it is YOUR day so you do what YOU want and be true to yourself, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks!

To be different! Weddings are straying away from traditional, matching styles and brides are striving to be unique. Weddings a much more creative and relaxed these days so using a lot more colour seems to be very popular.
