I I love everything about events - from the planning stages, through to styling and décor. It's such a special experience to be part of your special day, and I truly treasure the honour.
Scarlett Rose Events started in 2021, but my experience in the industry goes way back to 2008 when I first started working as a wedding stylist in Australia. Having organised weddings and events in both countries, I can honestly say there's not much I haven't seen! And this means that for my clients I am able to offer a really knowledgeable approach to your wedding in order to make it a truly bespoke event.

We provide a bespoke service, so all of our weddings are quoted on individual basis. But this doesn't mean your wedding can't still be affordable. We work with a minimum spend rather than a set package for weddings, which means you can control your spend and make sure that you are investing in elements which are important to you.

Weddings come in all shapes and sizes, so for our planning services we charge a fee based on a percentage basis. This is usually 10% of the overall budget for services managed.

About us Scarlett Rose Events specialised in wedding planning, coordination, styling and décor hire. Based at our design studio in Langport, we have more than 15 years experience in the events industry provide the expertise and talent to deliver the perfect atmosphere for your wedding. We can offer support from start to finish, part way through, or even just on the day. It’s your day, and we’re here to support you as much (or little!) as you need! We also offer décor hire and styling to ensure each event is bespoke and customised to your requirements, taking care of the details so all you have to do is show up to your beautiful event and enjoy! Services Offered At Scarlett Rose Events we offer a bespoke service to ensure every event is unique and tailored especially to our clients. We love a good party - and know that there are many moving parts needed to make sure the day is amazing, which is why we we have a selection of services you can choose from: On the day coordination Perfect for when you’ve already organised the event, but would like someone experienced to take over on the day so that you can focus on enjoying it! Whole Event Coordination For those who have most of the basics covered, but need help to pull everything together in the final stages. Event Planning & Coordination The ultimate planning service covering all aspects of your event from beginning to end. Event Design When designing your event we will strike the perfect balance within the space, considering elements such as lighting, furnishings, colour and décor items which will elevate your event to give the ultimate WOW factor! Décor Hire Scarlett Rose Events has a range of décor items for hire, including our beautiful luxury picnic packages.

What is your most memorable wedding?

As a wedding planner for over a decade in Australia, I have been privileged to plan and coordinate so many incredible weddings for hundreds of wonderful couples. Each is so unique that I couldn’t possibly choose a favourite!

It’s all in the details!

What about your business are you most proud of?

I LOVE love and being able to help people celebrate with their loved ones is the greatest feeling!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Plan the day that you and your partner want, it’s your wedding day and no one else’s.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

A handwritten message to each guest on their place tag with a personal message about how much their mean to the couple. Such a simple but beautiful way to make every single person in the room feel special.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I love to get to know you and what you want from your day. I’ll then collate all of the bits of information and any inspo pics into a proposal for you which becomes your event styling guide for the day. I’m always at the other end of the phone or email for any advice, questions, support throughout the whole planing process.

What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?

My favourite theme is always the Happily Ever After theme! A wedding is a celebration of love, never lose sight of that.

What are the decorative trends with brides currently?

Quirky and Unique - whether it's a luxury picnic reception or dancing under a moonlit marquee, couples are embracing unique ways of celebrating with their loved ones!

What decoration do you think every wedding needs?

Lighting! Candles, fairy lights, festoons... whatever you choose, moods lighting matters!
